ABOUT US

AV Costar (“AV Costar”) was launched by Texas-based Costar Technologies, Inc. (OTC Open Markets: CSTI) in July of 2018. While we’re a completely new company, we bring a 15-year legacy of surveillance industry leadership from the original Arecont Vision, LLC and two decades of industry experience from our corporate parent, Costar. AV Costar is a fun, exciting place to work in sunny California as we bring new, innovative products, and solutions to the security market. We design, build and support our own advanced video surveillance solutions used by commercial, institutional, and government customers around the world. We reach the market through our network of authorized security dealers, systems integrators, and distributors.

Our premier offering is the AV Costar Total Video Solution™, built from our advanced single- and multi-sensor megapixel cameras, cloud-enabled video management software system, recurring-revenue generating web services, and fully network-managed video recorders.

ONE TEAM, MANY DISCIPLINES

AV Costar’s headquarters, R&D, and support functions are based on our collaborative workspace in downtown Glendale, in the Greater Los Angeles metro area. Great shopping, an outstanding variety of restaurants, and multiple entertainment venues are just steps away, and one of several area gyms is located right in our building complex.

Our primary manufacturing, operations, and warehouse facilities are located in nearby Duarte, California, and/or at our sister company CohuHD Costar’s facilities in San Diego, California. We also build other products to our exacting specifications and designs around the world for specific market requirements.

Our Advanced Technology Center is located in Costar’s facilities in Clovis, California, while our sales and support offices are located throughout the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East.
