Key updates range from entirely online project registration and thirty-day demo requests to enhanced Arecont Vision® University online and classroom certification training and to easier access to the Arecont Vision® MegaLab™ for configuration testing and validation.

Online Project Registration
The highly acclaimed Arecont Vision® Project Registration program is now online to ensure rapid acknowledgment and turnaround of registration requests for Authorized Resellers. The program continues to lead the industry in ensuring that Authorized Resellers who have invested the time with their customers to design the best solution are rewarded with an additional discount. In this manner, other resellers are not able to enter the deal at the last minute and try to win based on price alone.

Arecont Vision® University CPCP (Channel Partner Certification Program)
Arecont Vision® University equips Reseller Partner Program members, architects, engineers, consultants, and other industry professionals with the knowledge and tools needed to design, install, implement, and support megapixel solutions through the Channel Partner Certification Program (CPCP) and the Advanced CPCP Program. Since 2009, nearly 5,000 students have completed a mix of classroom and online training through Arecont Vision® University. Many of the courses offer continuing education credits.
Newly updated classroom and online training modules are designed to get Authorized Resellers up to speed quickly and to maintain their knowledge with the latest information on leading megapixel camera products and technology.
Online 30 Day Demo Program
Online requests for Arecont Vision® demonstration units are now serviced even faster than before. The entire program has been simplified to get the equipment needed to the Authorized Reseller quickly for their upcoming customer demos and trials.
The demo program ensures that the reseller can focus on demonstrating the best possible solution to meet customer requirements for registered projects, rather than making do with the equipment they may have on hand.
MegaLab™ Access
Since its launch in 2010, the Arecont Vision® MegaLab™ has been widely used by Arecont Vision® Technology Partner Program members for their video management system software, hardware, or accessories. Technology Partner Program members have used the MegaLab™ to validate new software releases and products and to test and troubleshoot configurations so that they can deliver the best possible integration and reliability for customer projects.
Authorized Resellers are now able to leverage the MegaLab™ for their own configuration, validation, and testing purposes in support of registered projects and installations of Arecont Vision® cameras without creating an extensive test facility of their own.
Advanced Replacements
Customer satisfaction surveys show that our customers rate Arecont Vision® products as very high quality, and recognize that the company stands behind our products.
When a problem does occur, advanced replacement is an aspect of the industry-leading RMA process that Arecont Vision® delivers. The goal is to provide a rapid turnaround to get the customer up and running quickly.
Requests can now be made online, and Arecont Vision® support will assist with remote diagnosis to further speed the process.
Other program benefits continue to be available to security industry dealers and systems integrators who participate in the Arecont Vision® Reseller Partner Program.
